Having Difficulty Chewing?

If you are experiencing difficulty chewing when you eat, it is important to determine the reason why. Problems chewing can be related to: tooth loss, gum disease, cavities or even ill fitting dentures. Difficulty chewing may also be a sign of Temporomandibular disorders or TMD.

Meyer & Johns welcome new patients. We will do our best to ensure this is the start of a long, healthy relationship. Going to the dentist can create anxiety for some individuals. We’re here to help make your appointment as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Keep in mind that your initial exam is more than just a quick “check up”. Your first visit to Meyer & Johns is essential to your oral health in the future. We will conduct a visual examination as well as diagnose and recommend any treatment recommendations.

At your first appointment, we will need to get your medical history and background information. To save time, and give us more time to get acquainted, you may print and fill out the required forms and bring them with you on your first visit.
